Mental Health Massage Hub
Gentle, practical support for parents and children who need calm, connection and safety

Alongside my in-person work, I have created a series of on-demand video courses hosted on Podia. These courses are designed to support parents to use simple, safe massage and touch techniques at home to help calm their child’s nervous system - and their own.

The courses are:
-
Gentle and pressure-free
-
Suitable for babies, children and young people
-
Especially supportive for neurodivergent children and sensory seekers
-
Trauma-informed and consent-led
-
Designed for real life (short, flexible, no perfection required)
You don’t need prior experience, special equipment or lots of time. Even small moments of attuned touch can make a difference.

You can explore and purchase the massage video downloads via Podia here: www.mentalhealthmassagehub.podia.com

Once purchased, you’ll have immediate access and can return to the videos whenever you need, at your own pace.

Staying connected
I also share gentle tips, reflections and practical ideas over on social media, especially for parents supporting neurodivergent children, children with anxiety and families navigating overwhelm.
You can find me here:
These spaces are intended to feel supportive, validating and calm - not overwhelming.
A final word
There is no “right” way to do this.
If your child loves massage - wonderful.
If they only tolerate a few seconds - that’s enough.
If today touch isn’t welcome at all - that matters too.

This work is about listening, noticing and building safety over time, not forcing calm or compliance.
I’m really glad you’re here, and I hope the Mental Health Massage Hub offers you and your child moments of connection, relief and ease.
